Are you a skilled Attorney with 4-5 years of experience in commercial litigation and product liability matters? AmLaw Firm 100 is seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic team in our Short Hills office.

This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging cases with a focus on client service and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in federal and state court proceedings, including trials, hearings, settlement negotiations, and mediations.
• Collaborate with partners and team members to develop case strategies and trial preparation.
• Manage discovery processes, document review, production, and deposition preparation.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and third parties.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar with 4-5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong background in commercial litigation and product liability matters.
• Excellent legal research skills and superior writing abilities, with attention to detail.
• Previous state court or federal clerkship experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
