Job Summary

A Business Development Executive or Manager is a sales professional whose primary role is to assist an organization in expanding by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.

Their responsibilities include searching for potential clients, identifying new services to offer, and supporting the company's growth into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate should have sales development experience in healthcare RCM or Healthcare Clearinghouse.
  • Should source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements.
  • Qualify opportunities along with appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  • Build a connection with the prospects via calls, emails, and appointment schedules.

Mandatory Skills

  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory.
  • Team with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.
  • Use virtual tools to connect with and build relationships with new customers.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls daily is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
