Seeking staff with positive, engaging, youthful energy. Some college experience required (current student or recent graduate a plus).

Familiarity with academic environment on college campuses. Ability to navigate general academic resources on and off campus.

This is not a tutoring position; it is more life skills coaching and independent living.)

LOCATION

Northridge, California

on college campus and surrounding community)

SCHEDULE

Mondays - Fridays

Mondays : 10 : 30 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m.

Tuesdays : 10 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m.

Wednesdays : 10 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m.

Thursdays : 9 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m.

Fridays : 10 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m.

ETTA is a respected non-profit agency serving the Jewish community in the Los Angeles area. We have provided services and support for individuals on the spectrum , and with other intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1993.

We also help their families as one of the premier providers of such services on the West Coast. Our staff works one-on-one with individuals in the I / DD community, engaging, guiding, and inspiring them to increase community involvement, grow their social network, develop opportunities, and achieve their greatest potential and goals.

• Applicants must :
• 1) Be at least 21 years of age;
• 2) Have a valid driver license for a minimum of three years, and insured vehicle, and willing to drive with client;

3) Pass a Live Scan (DOJ / FBI) background check

4) Have a clean DMV driving record (at least 3 years driving experience);

5) College / University experience

Starting rate of pay - $19 - $20.00 per hour (DOE)
