Front End Developer (On-site)

Location : Milford, OH (On- site) Salary Range : $65,000-$70,000 Target Start : January, 2025 Front End Developer Job Description : We are looking for a full-time Front-End Developer to help take our company to the next level.

As a small-medium sized business in the emerging energy efficiency and renewable energy space, our goal is to grow sales 30% per year and become a national leader.

The ideal candidate will be able to enhance existing applications, develop new applications, and help define functionality for system improvements.

This position will report to the VP of Technology. Front End Developer Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Work with the Technology & Development Team to develop specifications for software projects Work with key stakeholders to develop an excellent user experience Execute front end development of Melink applications to excite internal and external customers while improving efficiency.

Utilize software development best practices Other duties as assigned Front End Developer Qualifications : BS in related engineering / software (computer science) discipline or equivalent experience required Experience developing in React required Experience with Node.

js a plus An understanding of SQL and NoSQL data structures Ability to create UI mockups for developing UX enhancement An understanding of responsive and reactive UI / UX principals is desired Experience with cross-platform mobile frameworks such as Ionic is a plus Continuous Integration experience on any platform is a plus Experience with code repositories required (SVN and GIT) Experience with Full Stack development is a plus Strong aptitude for learning is required Desire to develop is required Understanding of software security best practices is required Courteous and professional demeanor Interest in and passion for sustainability Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work successfully and at a high level of competency with all levels of the organization Must have a positive attitude and high energy level Highest level of integrity and strong accountability required Must be able to work well in teams Excellent time management and attention to detail Front End Developer Physical Demands : The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
