Job Summary : Ally Behavior is looking for a Physician Liaison who can establish and maintain relationships with medical professionals in the community so we can reliably expand our network of children and families we serve.
We are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between primary care providers and our services through sharing our story.
When training is complete you will spend the majority of your days meeting with physicians, dropping off informational packets and brochures, organizing "lunch-and-learns", and more! We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is happy to spend the most of their time out in the community.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Develop and adhere to a regularly structured schedule of contact and outreach that makes geographical sense
- Excel at follow-up and building meaningful relationships that help potential referral sources truly understand the types of children Ally serves and how to best connect those families with us
- Inform medical providers, therapists and educators who serve the pediatric community of Ally's mission and service offerings in order to establish ourselves as the industry leader in diagnostic and therapeutic services for children with autism
- Strongly lead communication flow between provider and Ally Behavior Centers
- Build referral relationships that help the company acquire new clients and ensure the high standards of Ally are reflected and maintained throughout your day-to-day interactions
- Function independently and travel between the DC, Northern Virginia, and Baltimore Metro Areas (up to 75% of the time)
- Perform accurate and timely data entry and categorization in CRM
- Willingness to support the overall sales process, work towards goals and report on achievements to team
- Fulfill additional marketing responsibilities that include but are not limited to developing new marketing materials, organize special events geared towards the referral community and distributing collaboration of care reports for providers who have patients enrolled with Ally
What You Will Bring :
- Our ideal candidate is an energetic, outgoing person looking to make a splash in the healthcare industry and is comfortable wearing different hats!
- You possess a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Healthcare, and / or Communication with relevant experience
- 2 Years sales / marketing experience in healthcare required, 1 to 2 Years of ABA experience is a plus!
- You are compassionate and have a high EQ - we work with families who have children with developmental delays. You take pride in excellent customer service and patient experience.
- You've demonstrated the ability to maintain and cultivate relationships within a professional capacity
- You have varied interests and passions that you can dive deeply into. Maybe you love Russian Literature, minored in it in school, and are part of a local book club with some like-minded friends.
- You like to work really hard and aren't just collecting a paycheck and letting the time pass. Excellent performance and building something special is what you find most fulfilling in life.
If you have a project on your plate, you won't stop because it's 5pm.
- You are self-motivated and want to move up and grow with our ever-expanding company.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, always changing environment, and willingness to do whatever is needed to achieve our company's mission
- Strong and fluent written and oral communication skills. This should shine through in your cover letter - show us your style and professionalism.
- Must be able to pass MD / VA state and FBI background check in addition to a sex offender background check

- Salaried, full-time position; starting salary ranges from $60,000 - $90,000 annually
