Job Title : Senior Business & Data Analyst

Job Summary :
We are looking for a Senior Business & Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, leveraging data to drive strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in database architecture, ETL processes, and strong business analysis capabilities, coupled with exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level database architectures that align with business objectives.
- Utilize ETL tools and techniques to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, data dictionaries, and process flows.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear, concise reports and visualizations, ensuring effective communication of complex data concepts.
- Work closely with data engineers and developers during the design and implementation phases of data projects to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements through data analysis and reporting.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proven experience with enterprise-level database architecture and management.
- Strong familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, SSIS) and data integration techniques.
- Proficient in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
