About Us :

We are seeking a dedicated Community Liaison to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals to grow the High Focus referral network and enhance our brand.

This role will support Forsyth, Gwinnett, North Fulton, and Fulton counties, with the understanding that additional counties may be added.

Responsibilities :

Relationship Development : Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of behavioral health professionals to support the growth and success of our organization.

Educational Workshops : Plan, create, and present engaging in-service workshops to educate clinical professionals on our services and offerings.

Referral Network Expansion : Expand and diversify the High Focus referral base through strategic networking and relationship-building activities.

Have knowledge of community resources and agencies.

Collaborative Care Coordination : Collaborate with the treatment team, both internally and externally, to ensure seamless care coordination.

Communication Enhancement : Maintain regular communication to enhance the overall experience and outcomes for clients and their families.

Qualifications :

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications :

Educational Background : A Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) in a relevant field is preferred.

Professional Experience : Previous experience in healthcare relationship management, marketing, or community liaison roles.

The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen and be comfortable interacting with school administrators, physicians, psychologists, therapists, community leaders, hospital management and more.

They must be professional, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, self-starter and be comfortable with public speaking and presentations.

Behavioral Health Knowledge : A strong understanding of mental health and substance use.

Presenting Skills : Demonstrated experience in conducting in-service workshops or educational presentations for clinical professionals.

Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, which are crucial for building and maintaining professional relationships.

Organizational Skills : Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, develop strategic plans, and implement marketing campaigns effectively.
