Dominion Properties, LLC ("DP") is a growing and successful Lender located in Baltimore, MD that lends to Real Estate Investors in all states.
Established in 2002, Dominion is an Operating company of DP and is a leading provider in Real Estate related services. This is an excellent opportunity for a fast-paced learner in one of Baltimore's dynamic lending companies.
This is a career opportunity with a long-term company that has been operating successfully in Baltimore City since 2002.
The successful candidate will be able to multi-task, be self-driven, a self-starter and have a solid background in single family home renovations.
Organizational skills are a must.
This position reports directly to the Construction Manager of the Company.

In This Role You Will :
- Scoping renovation projects
- Negotiating with and engaging labor subcontractors
- Managing subcontractors and the critical path through the construction process
- Quality control
- Reviewing & approving material take-offs
- Onboarding new subcontractors
Required Qualifications :
- Strong organizational skills for construction scheduling
- Knowledge of construction sequence
- Must have knowledge of all mechanical trades *HVAC, Electric, Plumbing, Structural*
- Single family home renovations - Attention to detail
- New home building experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Baltimore City is strongly preferred. Must have own transportation.
