Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development of user experience frameworks and vision for digital product experiencesCreate design deliverables including journey maps, wireframes, user flows, and prototypesAdvocate for user experience throughout the design process and collaborate with cross-functional teamsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in graphic arts, visual design, or a related field;
or equivalent experience7+ years of experience as a product designer or in a related role, preferably in health careExpertise in UX and product design, including proficiency in Figma or similar toolsExperience in leveraging qualitative and quantitative research methods for design decisionsProven ability to balance immediate design needs with long-term strategic vision
