Summary of Job Duties :

The Financial Aid Specialist is responsible for assisting in obtaining, processing and packaging, and providing of student financial aid information as well as work study assignments.

This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency / institution policy.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree preferred, associate’s degree required.Familiar with student financial aid programs, interviewing techniques and excellent communication skills.

Must have the ability to collect, analyze and compile data.Applicant needs to have the ability to disseminate information orally and in writing.

Microsoft office skills a must.
