PAY & BENEFITS

This entry-level position earns $15.00 - $20.00 / hour . In addition to a company-issued cell phone and use of a company pick-up truck , you enjoy wonderful benefits , including 5 paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), health, vision, dental, and a SIMPLE IRA with a company match after just 90 days.

Experience in warehouse management or inventory control would be preferred. A basic understanding of plumbing tools and equipment would be a plus! Here's what you need to get started :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks
• Clean driving record and a valid driver's license
• Familiarity with the Tampa Bay area
• Good communication, organizational, and time management skills

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

Our Shop Technician - Delivery Driver is a critical member of our team! Your overall goal is to maintain a clean and organized warehouse, and you monitor our inventory levels so we never run out of supplies.

To keep our equipment running well, you perform routine maintenance and schedule appointments for bigger jobs as needed.

When you're not at our warehouse, you're either picking up new materials or delivering tools and equipment to job sites throughout Tampa Bay.

Offering great customer service, you answer phone calls, schedule appointments, check leads, and follow up with clients about estimates.

Working closely with management, you also monitor schedules, review jobs, and send reviews out to customers.

Our company was founded in 2015 by Master Plumber, Brad Pinkert, with over 25 years of experience. Upon opening, the company's focus was mainly commercial plumbing.

Since then, we have expanded into residential service plumbing which includes installations, repairs, water heater services, "go green" options, whole-house repipes, residential service calls, water treatment options, remodels, new construction, and more.

We believe in building strong relationships with both our commercial and residential clients so that they can trust us with all of their plumbing needs.
