About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse - Stepdown Unit Job Specialty : Stepdown / Medical-Surgical Care Job Duration : To be determined Shift : Day / Night Rotating Shift Guaranteed Hours : Full-time, details provided during interview Experience : Experience in Stepdown, Medical-Surgical, Neuro, ENT, General Surgery, Urosurgery, and Vascular Surgeries preferred License : Active Registered Nurse License Certifications : AHA BLS, AHA NIHSS Must-Have : Willingness to work every other weekend, open to candidates located beyond 50 miles from the facility Job Description : Provide high-quality care in a Stepdown level setting.
- Manage and monitor vascular surgeries and other surgical services.- Deliver specialized care in trauma, neuro, ENT, general surgery, uro-surgery, plastic surgery, and bariatric.
- Experience handling arterial lines.- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. This role does not accept local candidates located within 50 miles.
