Benefits :Eastern Virginia Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists is seeking an experienced LPN or RN to manage our busy ENT department, to include staff at all locations.
Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, & Harbour View area of Suffolk.
We are seeking a Clinical Manager who would oversee the following :
- Daily Clinic Operations
- Train new Medical Assistants
- Create & implement new policies and procedures and train staff on new processes
- Supervise staff, complete performance reviews, execute PIP's and disciplinary action as needed
- Ensure facility is following regulations including MIPS
- Take inventory and order necessary supplies
Applicants should have the following Required Experience :
- LPN or RN (3-5 years experience)
- 3-5 years in management, ENT a PLUS
- Proficient in administrative task, including Excel spreadsheets
- Strong interpersonal skills for talking to patients, providers, insurance companies and staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time well
- Able to lead and motivate a team confidently
- knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations
- Understanding of finances to monitor ordering of supplies
- Travel between all locations is required
