We are looking for a dynamic and tenured Project Manager with a strong background in transportation civil engineering to join our tight-knit and hard working team in Newport Beach.
This role involves leading a talented team of engineers, overseeing projects from inception to completion, engaging directly with clients, managing budgets, and being highly involved in the field.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in transportation project management
Professional Engineer (PE) license highly preferred
Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Ability to work a hybrid onsite work model
Benefits
Salary Range : $145,000 - $165,000 based on location, skills, experience, and performance
