We are now hiring for a full-time Clinical Nurse Supervisor (RN) for our Arthur's Senior Care programs. Arthur's currently has 2 6-person homes located in Roseville and in Shoreview.
This role entails oversight and management of medical care and training of staff at Arthur's Senior Care during business hours M-F, with minimal & flexible on-call for consultation and assessment.
The Clinical Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for all initial and ongoing training for direct care employees while also providing ongoing presence and oversight of staff to ensure that our clients at Arthur's receive the best care possible.
We are looking for a strong & organized leader! This role is an opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with Arthur's Senior Care residents and members of their support team, while also working with a group of exceptional direct care providers

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE :
- Completion of an accredited Nursing program is required, along with current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota.
- A minimum of two years of nursing experience is preferred
- Senior Care Experience preferred
- You must have a valid U.S. driver’s license, reliable transportation and a good driving record
- You must be able to do some lifting
- You must have effective time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- You must be able to work independently and you must have interpersonal skills including empathy, responsibility, self-control, good judgment, and overall adjustment
- You must be able to see, hear, speak, interact, and write in English sufficiently to perform the essential functions of the position
