Your Key Responsibilities
Leads a team of intra-logistics operators or workers to ensure adequately receiving, storing, commissioning and dispatching all sorts of materials / goods / products for organization unit assigned.
Implements defined processes and standards for assigned areas of plant.
Monitors and enforces adherence to defined standards and processes.
Carries out adequate staffing, organizes and coordinates daily intra-logistics operations for assigned area and solves daily issues.
Collects, evaluates and reports needs for repair, maintenance or replacement of warehouse / material handling equipment.
Responsible for Safety and 5S (Cleanliness) during the shift.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience
- Good knowledge of production processes, measurement & inspection procedures, production planning & control,
- Good knowledge of MS-Office and SAP
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.
