- Work with supervisor to complete all roofs to company standards, within budget.
- Be teachable and willing to learn new tasks and methods.
- Encourage fellow employees to work within company standards.
- Work with the efficiency of materials, time, and equipment under the guidance of the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- No experience required.
- Compensation based on demonstrable experience.
- A valid license.
- A team player mindset.
- The ability to work well with other team members.
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. and complete the physical requirements of the job.
