The SwimRVA Swim Instructor job duties :
- Manage a wet classroom consistent with SwimRVA's unique teaching platform
- Effectively teach swimming skills and water safety to children and adults
- Creatively incorporate diverse and fun activities into lessons
- Assess participants swimming skills for appropriate station placement and advancement
Qualifications :
- A positive attitude and work ethic
- A love for teaching, water and aquatics programing
- A desire to grow professionally through aquatics
Salary / Benefits :
- Part-time position
- Starting salary at $14.00 / hour
