Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking an experienced part time Housekeeper for our Woodspring Suites location in Linden, NJ.

Being an HMC Housekeeper : As an HMC Housekeeper, you will take on highly responsible role at WoodSpring Suites. You will assure cleaning exceeds standards while maintaining a positive, friendly environment with guests and other staff members.

Housekeeper Functions (to include, but not limited to) :
- Cleaning checkouts and stayovers in a timely manner
- Knowing and following property emergency procedures
- Execution of all health and safety regulations : OSHA, state and local health codes, company safety and security policies, etc.
- Assist with laundry and public space cleaning, as needed
Required Qualifications :
- 1+ years’ experience in hotel housekeeping, extended-stay preferred
- Strong organizational time management and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter, able to prioritize projects and meet deadlines under pressure
Physical Requirements :
- Repetitive climbing of stairs, ladders
- Kneeling / squatting, standing for long periods of time
- Able to lift, push, and pull up to 20 lbs.
