Title : Staff LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Type : Permanent / Direct Hire

Setting : Long term care

Location : Carlisle, PA

Schedule : Full-time or part-time, flexible, with rotating weekends and holidays

Shifts offered :

• Full-time : 2PM-10 : 30PM, 4-5 shifts per week
• Part-time : 10PM-6 : 30AM, 2-3 shifts per week

Pay : Starts at $30.85 / hour and goes up with experience, plus shift diff, and a full benefits package!

The LPN will be responsible for the following duties :

• Monitoring residents, including taking and recording vital signs, and accurately charting with an electronic medical record system. Reporting conditions.
• Administering medications and reporting reactions. Admitting, discharging, or transferring residents
• Supervising nursing assistants and helping the household to run smoothly.
• Ensuring that supplies, medications, and equipment are stocked and maintained so your team is ready for everything.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Valid PA license as an LPN
• LTC experience preferred but not required, open to considering new grads!
