Hospice Sales Executive : Local hospice or home health industry experience required, as well as proven, verifiable performance and job stability (required).

  • Minimum of 3-5 years Local Hospice Sales / Hospice Sales Leadership Experience Required.
  • Must be local and have local market knowledge.
  • Verifiable performance and job stability (required).
  • Minimum 5-7 years healthcare industry sales experience required.
  • Evidence of achieving sales goals within the market and / or demonstrates track record of consistently exceeding corporate goals.
  • Must have a book of business (hospice referral sources) who will follow and No Non-Compete.
  • Strong customer service, sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage a territory, to conduct sales calls and to generate sales by building long term business partnerships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills within all levels of an organization
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skill
