Location : Onsite in St.Paul, MN 55102
Duration : 6months Contract
Description :
- We are looking for temps to come in and assist with Daily Desktop Support work.
- They will be using ServiceNow and assisting with Incidents and helping to solve equipment app issues. They will be updating asset information through ServiceNow.
- They will work with Task for New Hires, Upgrades, Peripherals, and any other task request that come into our queues.
- They will assist with Refresh of equipment and other task associated with Refreshes and our Daily Support work.
- They will assist with other Projects within Desktop Services that come up throughout the contract.
