ORDER ENTRY CLERK / CUSTOMER SERVICE

The company emphasizes controlled manufacturing practices (small batches, hand-crafted products), uses simple, clean ingredients in its products and maintains an innovative and robust new product development pipeline - constantly developing and introducing new healthy, cutting-edge products that appeal to both top chefs and consumers.

Amylu is currently in the process of rapid growth and are expanding our offerings to include delicious new product lines made with Organic and Antibiotic free meats, fresh vegetables, natural cheeses, and creative spice blends.

We are looking for an Order Entry Clerk / Customer Service to join our team and help us achieve our goals. This position will be responsible for ensuring orders are being entered accurately and processed in a timely manner and supporting the sales team to streamline operations of sales-related activities.

Responsibilities for this role include :

Order Processing

Process and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products.

Communication

Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

• Customer Service : Cultivate enduring relationships and instill trust with customer accounts through transparent and engaging communication as well as evaluating and identifying customer needs to enhance their satisfaction.
• Customer Support

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to develop a positive customer experience.

Miscellaneous : Performs other job-related duties as required or assigned.

Experience :

• High School Degree
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Food industry experience preferred.

Detail-Oriented

Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and data management.

• Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs. Proven experience in data entry and navigation of databases.
