CLIENT OVERVIEW : :
A US Fortune 1,000 company and a major process services provider to Government Health and Human services agencies, seeks an accomplished Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a fully remote role.
JOB OVERVIEW :
JOB TITLE : Bilingual Customer Service Rep (18 openings English-only candidates can also apply)
JOB LOCATION : Remote / Work from Home
CANDIDATE LOCATION : Must reside in TX.
DURATION : 6 Months + Temp-to-Hire
START DATE : 10 / 21 / 2024
PAY RATE : $16.50 / hr on W2 for Bilingual candidates ($16 / hr for English-only candidates)
TRAINING PROVIDED : 2-3 weeks
SHIFT : 8 hours shift (between 7am to 7pm PT)
BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) for work (no equipment provided) :
- Laptop with Windows 10 / 11 OS
- MacBook with Mac OS 10.14 or higher.
- Chromebooks / Tablets NOT allowed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- A state program that provides discounted home phone and cell phone services to eligible households.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Communicating with customers through various channels. Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Provide feedback on efficiency of Customer service process.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
- Education : At least HS diploma / GED.
- Bilingual : English & once of the following - Cambodian, Cantonese, Hmong, Japanese, Korean, Laotian, Lao, Mandarin, Spanish, Tagalog, or Vietnamese
- Desired : Previous Call Center / Customer service experience
- START DATE : 10 / 21 / 24 (FIX) will not be changed for individual candidates, applicant must be able to start on this date.
