Custodian

SBM Management is looking for a Custodian to help them shine! We are searching for a hardworking dependable individual to join the team as our company continues to grow! We have an immediate opening for a custodian that wants to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
• Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass / mirror / window cleaning, metal / wood polishing, clean blinds and draperies)
• Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas)
• Light maintenance (replace light bulbs, restock supply cabinet / room)

Qualifications

Custodial experience is preferred but not required

Passing a drug test and background check will be required

• Must be willing to drive PIV ( forklift, ride on scrubber etc.)
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Speak and Write English
• Must pass Wells Fargo & SBM Background checks, along with Pre employment Drug screening & E-Verify.

Shift : Sunday - Wednesday 8 : 00PM - 6 : 30AM Wednesday - Saturday 6 : 00AM - 4 : 30PM Wednesday - Saturday 8 : 00PM - 6 : 30AM

Compensation : $16.75 - $17.00 per hour
