Description : As a Data Entry Clerk at TMZ Events, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data.
Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our records are up-to-date and reliable, supporting the overall success of our events and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
- Review and verify data for completeness and consistency, correcting any errors found.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records in an orderly manner.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries based on the entered data.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and address any discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
