ResponsibilitiesMayo Clinic in Arizona is recruiting an Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join our Medallion Program, Department of Internal Medicine.

The Medallion Program is a concierge primary care practice that delivers highly personalized care to our members, and provides a patient-centered medical home that includes a long-term relationship with a Medallion physician and the Medallion care team.

The Advanced Practice Provider will partner with our Medallion physicians and provide ambulatory clinical services to our members at our location on the Mayo Clinic Thunderbird campus.

The successful candidate will work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues and program members, provide the highest levels of privacy and personalized care, and maintain exceptional levels of patient satisfaction.

During the selection process you may participate in an OnDemand (pre-recorded) interview that you can complete at your convenience.

During the OnDemand interview, a question will appear on your screen, and you will have time to consider each question before responding.

You will have the opportunity to re-record your answer to each question Mayo Clinic will only see the final recording. The complete interview will be reviewed by a Mayo Clinic staff member and you will be notified of next steps.

QualificationsNew Grads will not be considered at this time.Nurse Practitioner : Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program.

Current AZ RN and APRN license and certification as a FNP, ANP.Physician Assistant : Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the AZ State Board of Medical Practice.

Additional Qualifications : BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross and DEA registration required.
