A law firm located in Boston is seeking a Mid to Senior-level Litigation Associate Attorney with excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials.
The ideal candidate must be admitted to practice in Massachusetts and have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
Duties :
- Handle all aspects of litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
- Manage discovery processes, including document production and review.
- Assist with settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
Requirements :
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law in Massachusetts.
- 3+ years of litigation experience.
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education :
JD from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.
Skills :
- Excellent writing and research skills.
- Strong oral communication and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
