Children's Therapy Place, Inc. is currently recruiting for a Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) position.
What you’ll do :
Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Provide Certified Occupational Therapy services to clients and initiate referrals when appropriate and in accordance with Occupational Therapy Department procedures.
- Coordinate treatment plan for client and provides copies for family and other professionals.
- Implement and conduct treatment plan as outlined in treatment plan.
- Provide treatment in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures and productivity standards.
- Monitor client’s response to intervention and modifies treatment as indicated to attain goals.
- Document results of clients’ assessment, treatment, follow-up, and termination of services.
- Adapt treatment to meet the individual needs of the client.
- Instruct client and family in appropriate occupational therapy procedures or home program to allow carry over of therapeutic remediation and goals in daily activities.
- Participate in client, family, and staff education.

What you’ll bring :
- Occupational Therapy Assistant Degree
- National Credentialing Board certification.
- Must be licensed in the state of Idaho.
- Pediatric experience preferred.
- Maintain positive relationships and rapport with coworkers, clients, family members and other facility personnel.
- Project a positive and professional image at all times.
