Summary :
The Customer Service Representative - Financial Services position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support for various banking transactions.
Key responsibilities include handling financial inquiries, opening new accounts, and assisting with loan applications.
- Assist customers with opening new accounts and provide recommendations on banking products
- Perform various teller duties including client transactions and cash drawer management
- Deliver outstanding customer service for lobby and phone requests, acting as the liaison between clients and other bank departments
- Participate in continuous training to enhance job knowledge and skills
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations
Qualifications :
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to cross-sell products
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Education and / or Experience :
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience required
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations :
Notary License as needed by the branch
