Summary Assist the Sales effort by providing customers and Sales Reps with pricing, delivery, order status and product information.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

• Receive, review for accuracy and enter Purchase Orders
• Create SAP Deliveries and provide information to customers on timely basis
• Review pricing and supply pricing in accordance with established pricing lists.
• Process order amendments and acknowledgements.
• Fulfill Customer and Sales Rep requests for product information, including samples and literature.
• Authorize the return of defective material in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Point Person for our end users buying team on order and product status questions
• Collaborate with Business Development Manager on Customer Opportunities and Issues
• Coordinate special projects, assignments and duties as required

Minimum Requirements :

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
• Or three years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Computer Skills :

• Microsoft Office Suite
• SAP experience in a sales support setting (Preferred)
