Sentara Leigh Hospital is hiring a Full-time Team Lead, Patient Dining Associate
This is a full-time position with rotating shift hours located in Norfolk, VA.
Job Requirements :
- High School Grad or Equivalent
- Certified Food Service Handler's Card (as required by local Health Department)
- 4 years of Food Service Experience

Position Overview :
Responsible for coordinating patient meal service on all units of assigned teams, e.g. menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pick up, special requests and needs, in-between meal food delivery.
Ensure that all Catering Associates are adequately trained and units are properly staffed to provide service. React accurately and effectively to all changes to ensure efficient timing of services, accuracy of physician's ordered modified diets.

Sentara Leigh offers a contemporary care environment for general medical / surgical and ambulatory services and is home to the orthopedic hospital, which has 48 beds dedicated to specialized orthopedic care.
The hospital offers a full-service Emergency Room with a dedicated observation unit, Critical Care, GI, and Oncology services.
