Job Title : Product Manager / Business Solutions Architect (Guidewire ClaimCenter)
Work Location : Hartford, CT / Markham, Ontario, Canada / Remote
Job Description :
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Architect to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Guidewire ClaimCenter and extensive experience in migrating legacy products to Guidewire Cloud.
- As a Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and overseeing the migration process, ensuring a seamless transition to the cloud environment.
Required Technical Skills :
- Define end-to-end solutions for IT change focusing on the Guidewire Insurance suite.
- Create Guidewire centric designs that are fit for purpose from a functional, non-functional, service, and security point of view.
- Deliver solutions that progress the overall architecture journey
- Comply with standards, design approaches and governance.
- Proven experience in Guidewire Insurance suite including Guidewire Claim Center, Contact Manager
- Knowledge of Guidewire Cloud Platform capabilities and cloud migration approaches / options.
- Experience in architecting integration solution involving Guidewire to the ecosystem's applications including document, finance, payments exposure.
- Experience in integration architecture design and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end project lifecycle methodologies (mainly agile).
- Well-versed with OOTB ClaimCenter functionalities
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the architecture and design of Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Develop and implement strategies for migrating legacy products to Guidewire Cloud, including data migration, integration, and system configuration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems and processes, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements throughout the migration process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Guidewire technology and cloud computing.
