We are looking for a part-time Data Entry Specialist with a strong background in QuickBooks to help process checks and manage data entry in Excel.
This role will be working 2 days a week for a total of 12-16 hours, depending on business needs. You'll have the opportunity to work independently while contributing to our team's success.
Position Details :
- Hours : 12-16 hours per week (2 days a week)
- Pay Range : $22-24 per hour
Key Responsibilities :
- Process and record checks using QuickBooks
- Accurately enter and update data in Excel spreadsheets
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed
Qualifications :
- Proven experience with QuickBooks (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
