Role Overview :
A nonprofit senior care organization is seeking a Spanish and English-speaking Social Worker to empower community-dwelling older adults across Brooklyn and the Bronx.
Leveraging compassion and clinical expertise, the ideal candidate will provide counseling, lead groups, document visits and promote wellness through evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs.
Compensation : $31.00 - $37.00 / HR
Location : Multiple opportunities available throughout New York City’s Brooklyn and Bronx boroughs, primary sites based in Bushwick, Red Hook, Harlem and Washington Heights neighborhoods.
Schedule : Full-time or part-time work, varying shifts on weekdays from 9 am – 5 pm

Qualifications :
149; Master’s degree in social work (MSW)
149; Bilingual in English / Spanish ideal
149; Strong technology skills
149; Experience with Medicare documentation
149; Passion for aging services and mental health
