Fabletics is looking for a Senior Copywriter.

Global active-lifestyle brand Fabletics is looking for a superstar copywriter to join our entrepreneurial creative team.

Tasked with consistently executing our brand voice across channels, you will play a crucial role in bringing our marketing strategy to life.

Under the direction of the Directors of Brand Marketing and Fabletics Scrubs, you will own the brand voice of Fabletics Scrubs, and be responsible for writing original, compelling copy across all its marketing channels.

The ideal candidate will be an exceptional writer and editor with experience crafting marketing campaign taglines, emails, website assets, PDPs, retail assets, social media, and more.

Strong copyediting skills, multitasking abilities, and laser-sharp attention to detail are essential.

You will report to the Director of Marketing, Fabletics Scrubs and partner closely with the Fabletics Creative & Marketing Teams (brand marketing, art direction, graphic design, and more).

What you will do :

  • Establish and maintain the Fabletics Scrubs brand voice across all touchpoints including campaign taglines, site, email, social media, retail, style naming, color naming, product descriptions, and more
  • Work collaboratively in a highly cross-functional environment to ideate and develop engaging copy for all online and offline marketing assets
  • Manage all copy projects to completion, including owning the proofreading, editing process
  • Demonstrate complete mastery over grammatical rules and conventions
  • Document copy strategy, best practices, and wins
  • What you can bring :

  • 4-5 years of copywriting experience, preferably in the lifestyle, fashion, retail, or medical / healthcare space, with the ability to channel a contemporary brand voice
  • Superior command of grammar, spelling, and usage with laser-sharp attention to detail
  • Experience with standard concepts and best practices that drive direct response marketing
  • Performs well under pressure and effectively handles tight deadlines, revisions, ad hoc requests, and changing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to collaborate with key stakeholders and manage multiple projects
  • A stickler for process with strong organizational and creative problem-solving skills
  • BA in English, journalism, or related field is a plus

Nice to have, but we’ll teach you :

Knowledge of the scrubs, medical apparel, or healthcare space and how to communicate and write compelling copy that resonates with its customers

The annual base salary range for this position is from $75,600-$100,000 . The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role.

Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
