Job Title : Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant Job Specialty : Physical Therapy Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : 1+ years preferred License : Current state Physical Therapist Assistant license Certifications : Current BCLS (AHA) Certificate upon hire and must maintain current certification Must-Have : - Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy Assistance Job Description : Provide physical therapy services to inpatient, outpatient, and swing bed patients.
- Collaborate with licensed physical therapists to implement treatment plans.- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Maintain patient records accurately and securely.- Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations and maintain a professional demeanor.- Weekend and holiday work may be required based on departmental needs.
- Will interact with COVID-19 patients; appropriate safety and health protocols must be followed.- Professional attire required : scrubs (no specific colors mandated).
