About our team :

Sponsored Display (SD) is Amazon Advertisings self-service display advertising offering that empowers any advertiser regardless of budget size, advertising experience, or technical expertise to reach audiences across a variety of supply.

Our team is responsible for growing SD beyond Amazon.com (Beyond the Store), including 1P properties (e.g., Twitch, IMDb, Alexa, FireTV), 3P programmatic properties (websites and mobile apps), and 3P strategic integrations (e.

g., Pinterest). This includes defining and building the advertiser experience, the consumer experience, and connecting the two via ad serving.

About this Role :

The Principal Product Manager - Technical role is the product lead for 3P strategic integrations and is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for this program and working with strategic partners to create and build innovative experiences.

The person in this role will be required to think big, dive deep, have bias for action, and bring a history of delivering results to Amazons advertising solutions.

You will work with a cross-functional team, engaging directly with customers of all sizes and teams across the organization.

The successful candidate must have problem solving skills, business judgment, technical depth and demonstrated experience leading initiatives that involve multiple cross-functional teams.

We are looking for an effective leader to execute both strategically and tactically, and someone who is excited to take on a new, ambitious, and ambiguous program.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
  • 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning / driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience technical product management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
  • Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900 / year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
