The Recruiter will provide opportunities for success for top talent and Company Owned Stores to create a championship Talent Acquisition EXPERIENCE for potential Team Members, current Team Members and Area Managers across the Sport Clips organization.
Scope :
- Ensure all candidates are contacted within 15 minutes of their application.
- Engage with various job boards to build campaigns, market roles and attract passive and active candidates.
- Ensure a quality candidate experience by being a CHAMPION of our Sport Clips brand.
- Develop new and deepen existing industry relationships (internet, community organizations, media, formal / informal networks, beauty schools, job fairs, trade associations, and other speaking opportunities) to directly and indirectly attract and source qualified candidates.
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment and retention process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS (Paycom) tools.
- Maintain compliance with all rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting.
Key Criteria / Requirements :
- 3 years of high-volume recruitment experience within a corporate, agency, salon, service, or retail industry preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Beauty industry experience a plus, but not required.
- Experience using a variety of online recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information internally and externally.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to interpret and analyze recruiting metrics and trends : retention, quality of hire, etc.
- Self-motivated with ability to prioritize, take initiative and ownership of the recruiting process.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- High sense of urgency.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
- Demonstration of organizational core values.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
This role is part time, Wednesday-Sunday, approximately 20-30 hours per week. There is a possibility of the role becoming full-time depending on applicant volume.
