Location : On-Site - Las Vegas, NV
Salary Range : $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 DOE
Requirements :
- 5+ years of PM experience with a Commercial General Contractor
- Must have general familiarity with MF Divisions 1-13 and either 15 (mechanical / plumbing) or 16 (electrical), 15 / 16 expertise is a major plus
- Experience in any or all of the following : data center, public works, large airport, healthcare (hospitals not office buildings), tilt-up, large hospitality, tenant improvement / renovation in hospitality, restaurant / bar, retail, luxury finishes, multi-family

About the Role
The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, execution, and completion of assigned projects, ensuring they align with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage, plan, and direct all activities related to the project while providing direction and support to the project team.
- Develop a CPM schedule that will ensure that all project objectives are achieved according to the design documents and construction timeline.
- Manage the project budgets including self-performed work.
- Evaluate subcontractors and draft detailed subcontract agreements.
- Maintain regular communication with subcontractors to ensure timely performance.
- Handle the development and submission of Owner billings.
- Facilitate timely and accurate all owner change orders and schedule updates.
- Possess knowledge of standard field concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Negotiate and communicate with Owners and Public entities.
- Implement, manage, and enforce company policy and quality assurance procedures.
- Participate in project procurement efforts.
- Visit the project site weekly during construction and adjust frequency based on the project's size and complexity.
Requirements
- Knowledge with Procore, Timberline, MS Office, and P-6 scheduling (or similar) software is preferred.
- Willing to work collaboratively to meet critical deadlines and complete tasks.
