We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager supporting the Large Engine Systems Division (LPSD). In this role you will provide critical support for the C175 Product Manager by supporting NPI, Enterprise Reporting (OAT), and ad hoc strategic analysis to solve complex challenges.
You will also be responsible for leading Capital Budgeting and Forecasting process for all LPSD and supporting the GFSD strategy.
The position primarily supports C175 leadership, but also works closely with other facilities across LPSD.
What You Will Do :
- Support all NPI programs and analysis for Product team
- Provide Enterprise Reporting analysis to help build understanding and generate ideas for potential areas of opportunity.
- Lead LPSD Capital Budgeting and Forecasting; coordinating across all product groups and facilities
- Review C175 OPACC Improvement Agenda (OIA) plans
- Partner with the business to provide deeper strategic insights and solve challenges with a customer-oriented mindset
- Present high-level story to senior leadership, while also understanding the underlying details
- Sponsor projects to standardize and simplify processes by leveraging our digital capabilities (ex. Power BI)
- Influence our finance culture by demonstrating desired behaviors, including but not limited to continuous improvement and learning

Top Candidates Will Have :
Accounting or Finance degree or equivalent

- This position will be located in our Lafayette, IN office
- This role is a full time, Hybrid position and currently requires 3 days a week in office
