Senior Counsel Employment Attorney

Established law firm is seeking a Senior Counsel Employment Attorney to add to their growing team! Ideal candidate will have 7+ years’ experience in management-side labor and employment litigation.

Senior Counsel Employment Attorney Requirements :

• 7+ years of law firm experience in labor and employment management-side preferred
• Experience in Labor & Employment- Class and Collective Actions, PAGA, Trials and Appeals, Single Plaintiff Litigation, Administrative Proceedings, Workplace Investigations, Advice and Counsel
• Demonstrated experience running cases independently and supervising other attorneys preferred
• Trial experience a plus
• Experience with arbitration and mediation
• Exceptional writing and analytical skills
• Candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills and experience with, or readiness for, direct client contact.
• ABA Approved law school
• Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment.
• Licensed and in good standing with the state bar
