Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure continuous production operations.

This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and implement effective repairs.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to perform equipment repairs.
• Install, adjust, and calibrate equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to log maintenance activities and track equipment performance.
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
• Familiarity with CMMS software and maintenance best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to insert weight .
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
