Responsibilities
- Provide managers with guidance on improving employee performance and elevating their leadership skills to better coach their teams.
- Help managers deliver a consistent and effective employee experience when handling sensitive issues such as misconduct, accommodations, and separations.
- Pair regulatory expertise with empathy and objectivity to investigate and resolve concerns related to harassment, discrimination, and misconduct.
- Assist leaders with reorganization and restructuring efforts while sharing best practices to build organizational capabilities.
- Analyze trends, develop actionable insights, identify training opportunities, and suggest policy and process improvements.
- Partner with various stakeholders to ensure all solutions align with company culture, policies, and legal requirements.
- Contribute to ER priorities, focusing on data analytics, training, and process improvements.

Qualifications and Experience :
- Expertise in performance management and the full performance management lifecycle.
- Strong consultative, coaching, and action-planning skills.
- Experience investigating and resolving misconduct issues.
- Ability to anticipate issues, problem-solve, and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to quickly establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR-related regulations is strongly preferred.
