• Communicate and coordinate with patient'sphysicians to ensure a consistent level of care.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in healthrelatedfield

Graduate / Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy froman accredited program.

Experience : Notrequired but considered. Appropriate state licensure (or ability toobtain state licensure) certification or registration (per staterequirements) current and in good standing.
