Position Overview :

The Plumbing Department Manager at Anytime Heating, Cooling & Plumbing oversees the daily operations and overall KPI performance of the Plumbing Department.

This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in people and project management. The ideal candidate will have an advanced understanding of residential plumbing systems, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Management : Lead, mentor, and manage plumbers. Provide training, support, and performance evaluations.
• Operational Oversight : Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service requests.

Implement and enforce operational procedures and standards.

• Customer Service : Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
• Budget Management : Monitor and manage departmental budgets, including labor costs, materials, and equipment expenses. Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure financial targets are met.
• Quality Control : Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Inventory Management : Oversee inventory levels of tools, equipment, and materials. Ensure proper stocking and minimize downtime due to equipment or supply shortages.
• Reporting : Generate and analyze reports on department performance, including service metrics, customer feedback, and financial performance.

Provide recommendations for improvements.

• Growth : Pursue new opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue.
• Build the Team : train and develop staff to build a skilled and motivated workforce.

Qualifications :

• Experience : Minimum of 3 years of Management experience, preferably in a residential plumbing business.
• Leadership : Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and directors.
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding practical solutions.
• Licensing : Georgia State Unrestricted Plumbing License preferred.
