Position Summary :
The Assistant Nurse Manager assists with, facilitates, and communicates the patient’s plan of care to members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Also assists with human resource management activities, such as staff scheduling, staff development, and performance monitoring.
Is accountable for management of the division on a 24-hour basis. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team.
Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements :
Education : Nursing Degree
Experience : Previous 2+ years GI / Endo nursing experience required, leadership experience preferred
Licensure : Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri
