Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed or in-training therapist to join our team. This position involves providing therapeutic treatment services to patients in an acute care setting.
The therapist will work in a partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services program, focusing on adult or children / adolescent treatment.
Schedule : Monday-Friday, no holidays, no on-call opportunities available.
Different Shifts Available :
- 8am - 4 : 30pm
- 10am - 6 : 30pm
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Provide therapeutic treatment services to individuals, groups, and families.
- Conduct crisis intervention services and daily safety assessments.
- Document treatment progress and maintain contact with referring providers.
- Complete all required documentation within specified timeframes.
Education / Training Requirements :
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or a related field.
- In-training or fully licensed as a Counselor, Therapist, or Social Worker as applicable by state.
- Working knowledge of therapeutic interventions and cognitive behavioral therapies.
