Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments while ensuring adherence to established protocolsObtain and document patient demographics, insurance information, and necessary authorizationsProvide patients with pre and post-test instructions and set payment expectationsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma / GED or equivalent working knowledgeMinimum of 1 year of customer service or related experience in a healthcare settingExperience in a high-paced inbound contact center environmentFamiliarity with medical terminology is strongly preferredAbility to work effectively with common office software and scheduling systems
