Group Management Services is looking to hire a full-time Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives out of our Austin, TX office!

What does the position of Sales Manager entail?

  • Train and develop Sales Representatives.
  • Effectively manage staff to deliver quality service in all areas of the sales process.
  • Manage the career expectations of existing staff, turnover, and staffing of open positions.
  • Ensure honest and effective due diligence of new customers and prospects.
  • Collaborate with all departments within the organization to ensure clear communication and correct implementation of programs.
  • Continuous training of Sales Team to keep current with market trends.
  • Attend prospective client meetings with sales team members to support the sales process.
  • Maintain contact with existing clients to generate referral sources.
  • Maintain and run office; working closely with Director of Operations.

What are some qualifications needed for the Sales Manager

position?

Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced Business Degree is preferred.
